Oh Lordy, stick with this blog post if its not for my photo taking ability, its for Lola's expressions. Especially about 2/3 of the way down with her first mouthful of cake.
Lola is the daughter of my cousin Kerry and her red shoe wearing husband, David. I got to take photos of her when she had recently arrived into this world and now again, as she celebrated her first birthday with her cousins.
We went to Birmingham Wildlife Park in Edgbaston, Birmingham which I would certainly recommend if you're considering locations for a family shoot or even just a get together.
Each photo in this post is full of life because I have some really cool family members. I can't take total credit for the expressions - maybe about 60%.
