These two beautiful souls tied the knot at none other than River Cottage and my gosh it was a hard one trying to select their blog images. The couple did away with tradition and greeted each other and their guests before their ceremony in a cosy on site yurt, well equipped with cocktails and log burner keeping everyone toasty whilst that glorious sideways rain was doing its thing.
Louise informed me a few weeks back that she was going to have two dresses for the day and I’m still undecided which was my favourite. The chic, shorter number with bow detailing on the back was by Forever New from ASOS and a stunning slightly more traditional beaded floor length dress by Pronovias.
The food at River Cottage, not surprisingly was incredible and the venue offers a rustic, non-pretentious and lovingly curated menu/dining experience, of which I was fortunate enough to be included in (thanks guys!).
We did manage to escape for 5 minutes for some couples photos minus the umbrella into the evening where we could enjoy the rolling views over the Devonshire countryside. Otherwise, we certainly made the most of the venues indoor spots!
